GRAPHEDIT problem
Hi I am using graphedit in order to create the movie sound in wave format out of the *.lst file I have ripped using smartripper. The poiont is that when I open with winamp the wave file I've created the sound has many little tiny pauses. That's really unsatisfactory for me although these pauses are not really annoying during the dialogs. But when it comes to soundtrack the result is bad.Has anyone out there had the same problem?

Does this only happen with any movie ?
Or just the one u ripped ? The correct chain of filters for wav should be IMedia multiple mpeg2 source -> Ligos Mpeg Splitter -> InterVideo Audio Decoder -> Wave dest -> filewriter This happend once to me , The DVD only had mpeg audio and no ac3 stream. ViRuZ |

Hi there ,
yes indeed my results are perfect (imho , no clickering anso so on , a good clean mp3). Maybe you shouldn`t use ac3 file with "I-Media Multiple Mpeg 2 Source" but try the Filter "File Source (Async)" instead . I remember reading something like this on doom9`s early GraphED guides . Hope That Helps. If it does not work try the Streamlist thing. - Create a new file and rename it to <moviename>.LST - Open the new created .LST file with edit or wordpad or notepad or whatever editor you like - Now enter all Paths to the vobs u like to use. Looks like this. h:\unripped\little nicky\video_ts\VTS_01_1.VOB h:\unripped\little nicky\video_ts\VTS_01_2.VOB h:\unripped\little nicky\video_ts\VTS_01_3.VOB h:\unripped\little nicky\video_ts\VTS_01_4.VOB h:\unripped\little nicky\video_ts\VTS_01_5.VOB . . You get the idea. Btw if you look into smartripper options there is a switch for "Create List Filfe" or something like that. - Save the list - Use GraphEd with the Filters I mentioned in my first reply (now u have to use "I-Media Multiple Mpeg 2 Source" again). This is the way i do it. |
