There are several problems when the path to VIDEO_TS contains non-ASCII characters, such as accented characters and, I suppose, Chinese characters.

Try to move the VIDEO_TS folder to the root of your drive, or in a folder named with standard characters only, such as "C:\MyDVD\VIDEO_TS". You should then be able to open the DVD in PgcEdit without problem.

If you can't open the DVD where it is now, try what I have suggested. Is it so difficult to move a folder? I can't help you more.

(BTW, hopefully the next version of PgcEdit will be more friendly with non-English characters in the path.)
