dvd2svcd 1.0.6 build 3

Problem if i switch 2 a different user on XP pro..before cce gets the commands from dvd2svcd..then dvdsvcd will send every command over 2 cce but the very last one..which is 2 hit the encode button..So then i go click on encode with CCe...and it goes ahead..i'm using 2.50sp version also

If I do not use the fast user switch then dvd2svcd sends all the commands....If you need anything more just let me know..

1 more thing so far dvd2svcd 1.0.6 build 3 has never not sent the strings 2 cce while going 2 make the mpv file even with 4 pass..it only falls short when sending the final string when making the first vaf file.
