DVDRemakePro - How do you jump-over segment at movie end?
Greetings,
I use DVDRMPRO to mod my DVD's - mostly adding chapters etc. I don't know all about how to mod the dvd structure. One of the things I use DVDRMPRO it for is to jump-over studio logos at the beginning of tv episodes - using the "link to chapter 2" part of DVDRMPRO (after split from here). However, I don't know how to achieve this jump-over when the segment is in the middle of the title. EG - to jump-over a credit segment to get to the extra video often at the end of films. Need some help. Thx. |

Use a cell-command.

A cell command will however cause a temporary break (pause) in the movie (how a particular device reacts is not predictable) - so cell commands in the middle of the movie should generally be avoided.

Right, but since flambot wants to skip a part of the movie "in the middle", a break will occur anyway.
Re-authoring the title to properly remove the unwanted segment is another solution, but more complicated. Perhaps it is a good idea to do it with VobBlanker.

Right, there usually is a discontinuity between the credits and the main episode, so a break won't harm too much anyway there.
My comment was too generic, indeed.
