UsEac3to shows "The last DTS frame is incomplete and thus gets skipped"

After demuxing mkv file UsEac3to shows "The last DTS frame is incomplete and thus gets skipped." What's wrong? Is it possible to fix it?

The message is clear, if the last frame is incomplete you can't invent the rest.

Don't worry a standard DTS frame is 11 ms, if you lose less than 11 ms at end of audio is unnoticeable.
