some unwanted scenes in the video.
eg:I have to convert the Mkv to avi inorder to cut or block some unwanted scene in the movie or episode using VirtualDub. isn't there any better way to do this, coz converting a lot makes the video losses its quality. Last edited by Hiko; 25th December 2006 at 09:55. |

I've searched for "ordered chapters" but nothing was useful
coz it seems impossible to try joining splited mkv with different codeck parts after editing or blocking some frames & scenes. otherwise I tried opening mkv with VirtualDubMod_1_5_10_2 but to no avail, what problem would it probably be this time? Ps. attached is the messege that appears with the problem. thanks |

I have a similar problem. So I have a file that is an .mkv, but must not be an avi-in-mvk, so therefore I can not edit it with virtual dub.
All I want to do is keep one sceen from the file, so in essence cut it down to just a minute of play time. That was an easy task in virtual dub, but is there a progam that I can use for something that is not an .avi? I don't want to re-encode or any thing like that, just a simple direct stream cut.
