libavcodec now able to decode custom quant matrices

thanks to akupenguin libavcodec is now able to decode custom quant matrices of avc

i tested it with various cqms with x264 and jm and it seems to work fine

Indeed, this is a nice addition to ffdshow. Hopefully now more custom matrices will appear and I'm really happy I can use now Sharktooth's high bitrate matrix (I usually encode above 1500 kbps) without worries that others won't be able to play it.

I have tried with this build ffdshow-20051025 Nightly Builds playng a file x264 video codec with CQM, FAAC audio codec in MKV container using Media Player Classic 6.4.8.4 but I got this exception when MPC is opening:

Applicazione che ha provocato l'errore mplayerc.exe, versione 6.4.8.4, modulo che ha provocato l'errore ffdshow.ax, versione 1.0.2.153, indirizzo errore 0x0006f65f.

H.264 -> libavcodec
AAC -> realaac

maybe someone simply compiled libavcodec and replaced it with the old one from cd, which is NOT something you can do!
ffdshow needs its own libavcodec compile (from ffdshow cvs)
