Interweave two language track (one sometimes is missing)

I have bought Apocalypse Now redux on BD. There are two MPLS, one of the cinematografic version and the redux one. The latter has the problem that the italian track in the redux parts is missing (i.e. no audio at all) and I have to switch manually to get the english audio. I have no idea on how to interweave the two audio track: when I try to extract the audio EAC3TO correctly corrects the overlap between the single m2ts parts, how could I apply overlap if manually joining the english + italian parts?

Hi!

1) If you use tsMuxeR to individually demux only the Italian audio track of "Redux" and then the English audio track of "Redux", does a software player indicate them to both be of the same total time?

2) If you play the demuxed Italian audio track of "Redux" is there audio or silence during the additional "Redux" scenes?

I supose d:\italian.ac3 and d:\english.ac3 with the same length.
Example with 2 only 'redux' parts (italian audio with silence):
Part1 between 1980.074 2291.278 seconds
Part2 between 8435.882 9843.482 seconds

Use Besplit to split the italian and english audio:
Besplit -core( -input d:\italian.ac3 -prefix d:\ita -type ac3 -a -ending ) -split( 0 1980.074 2291.278 8435.882 9843.482 )
Besplit -core( -input d:\english.ac3 -prefix d:\eng -type ac3 -a -ending ) -split( 0 1980.074 2291.278 8435.882 9843.482 )

Now join the parts:
copy /b ita01.ac3 + eng02.ac3 + ita03.ac3 + eng04.ac3 + ita05.ac3 mixed.ac3

The problem is the overlap!
