H.265/HEVC video CUT and JOiN?

Hello there.
How can I cut and merge Hevc / h265 format like VideoRedo?
VideoRedo does not open the hevc / x265 format.
Thanks.

It seems TMPGEnc MPEG Smart Renderer 5 has what you're looking for:

AVIDemux will do it, if the input streams are formatted identically.

Adobe Premiere will do it. Avidemux will as well as WhatZit mentioned. Sorry. Buy the software, or write your own.

This was already asked here about 2 years ago. https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=173024 the answers haven't changed.

ffmpeg does it, but you can only do lossless cutting at GOP boundaries

ffmpeg -ss <in-point in seconds> -i <input file> -c copy -t <duration> <output file>
