Tsmuxer subtitle problem

Hi
Hope I'm at the right place.
I have a mkv file with a subtitle file (srt), and watching it on the computer (Vlc player) everything works.
But when I use tsmuxer (so I can see it on my blu-ray player) and set the general track options to "as primary video", the subtitles will appear in the middle and to the left on the TV.
When I change the options to "1920:1080" the subtitles appear on the right place (middle, bottom), but now the subtitles are not in sync with the speech.
So what can be the problem?
It looks like it's not a common problem based on the lack of replies
