Any program to mount any media into avi?

I wanted to mount/frameserve a mkv into avi. In avisynth or vapoursynth I can do it through virtual file system, but that would require loading the video into the script and then run the script using the avfs program, is there any program that can mount the video in just one click?

MKV files can support types of content that AVI files cannot, such as variable-framerate video. I don't think that what you're attempting is possible, at least not without altering the content in the process.

VirtualDub can frameserve. I'ver never used that feature so I don't know if it's a "1 click" thing.
