DVD5 Direct Copy (1:)
I recognized the new version of NERO has an option/function to copy DVDs.
Having a DVD5 (4,7Gb) should be possible to copy on the fly to a DVD-R 4.7Gb, huh? Am I wrong? By the way...anybody has experience with DVD-R of 4.7Gb General Use (V1.0) ??? Do they work for us, or not? greetings Rodger |

As long as the DVD5 you are trying to copy isn't protected with CSS copy protection. Otherwise you must first use a ripping program to rip the contents to the hard drive and remove copy protection, make sure you recreate the directory structure (VIDEO_TS etc..). Then you can burn that from the hard drive to a DVD-R.

thanks
Thatīs surely the reason why my copy of "Proof Of Life" doesn`t work.
Everything is working fine until I try to play the movie. Then everything starts to block out and the player some time later stops playback. Rodger |
