Just curious - Why a time limit of 1 hour? Doesn't AVSMeter in your program just retrieve the clip details (which would take milliseconds)?

Unfortunately there are around few m2v files which header does not contain the video time and frames count tags. MediaInfo hence cannot output them. A2D relies on AVSMeter as backup media info reader in these cases. Bye Last edited by MrC; 12th July 2015 at 19:45. |

I don't blame you, the description I wrote for this setting was a bit ambiguous. I updated the documentation.

Wavi_Mod Plugin for AVStoDVD
Here's a new version of my Wavi_Mod plugin which offers alternative methods for audio normalizing. This is a major update with the following changes:
Replaced R128Gain with BS1770Gain. It supports normalizing according to the ReplayGain 2 (-18 LUFS), EBU R128 (-23 LUFS) and the ATSC (-24 LUFS) standards. The Bit Depth for the intermediate PCM stream (or WAV file) can be specified. Either the resolution which AviSynth spits out can be used without change, or you can force 32bit float, 24bit int or 16bit int resolutions. Several changes to make the plugin compatible with the latest A2D Alpha version. Don't be so shy, using a hex editor is no different from using a text editor... I recommend HxD, it even comes as a portable version.
Anyways, if you want to try my plugin without patching anything, I just uploded a new version which contains already patched versions of the latest stable A2D version 2.8.2 as well as the current Alpha 2.8.3. I recommend to use the latest Alpha. //EDIT// Uploaded a new version which includes "patchit" by McAfee for automatic patching of the A2D executable. Works for current and future versions of AVStoDVD. Removed the already patched executables from the distribution. Cheers manolito Last edited by manolito; 25th July 2015 at 16:13. |

Wavi_Mod plugin for AVStoDVD
Looks like my plugin did not survive the recent server crash at SourceForge. The link is there, you can download the file, but the file is way too small and cannot be opened... Anyways, here is an updated version with the following improvements: 1. Implemented mandatory clipping protection for the EBU R128 / BS1770 normalizing mode. 2. The stereo to 6-ch upmix mode has been expanded. Now there are 3 different upmix methods which can additionally be tweaked. Thanks a lot to Tebasuna for his help. Bug Fix for the Wavi_Mod plugin
The automatic clipping prevention routine of the EBU R128 / BS1770 normalization modes had a small bug. In some cases the routine would use peak normalization instead of EBU / BS1770 normalization. The fix has been tested on more than 30 clips, should be fool proof now... (trying to do floating point math with the good old batch language can be a littly tricky ) Download: http://www31.zippyshare.com/v/db5euD2i/file.html Cheers manolito Last edited by manolito; 5th September 2015 at 19:39. ERROR, Audio track contains no audio frames
I am sorry if this has been answered before.
I have tried searching this thread but couldn't find an answer. I am using AVStoDVD 2.8.1. I am trying to convert an avi file. AVStoDVD lists the audio file as "MPEG-1" and also says it is "internal". I am using LAV codecs for video and audio. After AVStoDVD has run for about 30 seconds, I get an error message : "ERROR, Audio track contains no audio frames". I've never had this problem before. Can anyone please help? |
