TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7 BluRay Menu Help

I'm trying to create a pretty basic Blu-ray menu using TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7, but I'm running into some issues. My menu only needs three options: Play Movie, Subtitles, and Bonus, but I can't figure out how to assign a menu button to turn on subtitles or switch to a different audio track.

It wants to force these preset custom menu pages on me but I want all of it on one page.

Has anyone worked with this program before? I’ve been searching through the settings, but I’m stuck on how to link the buttons to these specific functions. Any help or guidance would be really appreciated!
