Question on Burning Dual Layer

Right Now if I backup a single layer DVD I usually just create an ISO file then I burn it with decryptor to disk. Can I do the same if I buy a Dual Layer drive and use DL Media? Can I just create an ISO file and burn it to DL Media Directly? How does decryptor handle the layer break? Is this possible or should I still use something like shrink without compression?

Yeah you can still do that.

It will copy the layer break from the original disc (where possible).
