Capturing web video

I'm interested in capturing a church service video. The problem is that I don't have a DVD Recorder, but I can go to the Churches web site an view the brodcast using real player. The question is this, is there a way to capture it while it plays?

Try Fraps - the demo version has a 30-second recording limit.
