Vidcoder and mkvtoolnix newbie question

I have ripped one DVD with DVDencrypter (VIDEO_TS -folder) to my hd. I converted vob files to mkv files with vidcoder. I got six mkv files. Then I tried to merge these files to one mkv file with mkvtoolnix. With add-button I managed to get one mkv file, but when I open this file with VLC-player, multible windows opens! I tried with append-button but I get an error message: "....The track parameters do not match".

Can someone explain to me what I'm doing wrong. I just want to get one mkv file from the DVD.

Hi!

Just load your DVD DIRECTLY into MakeMKV (No need for any other programs, not even DVDDecrypter)...

Yes, I did the job with MakeMKV and Handbrake.

Thanks!
