Blade Trinity and very low bitrate?

I am backing up Blade Trinity (R1) and I am using the Big 3, with Batchencodem2v. I ran it thru DIF and it comes up with an avg. bitrate of only 1160. How can that be? That seems extremely low to me. I know that movie is 123 mins. and has a DTS track, but it still seems too low. Anyone else have any ideas as to what might be the problem? Anyone who already backed this movie up get the same bitrate or higher? Thanks.

Edit: I also noticed that is has 2 pgcs and they are both close to 2 hours long each. May be seamless branching or something?
