TMPEGEnc doesn't mux my m2v file correctly

I need to convert an m2v file generated by CCE. Its progressive with 2:3pulldown enabled using pulldown.exe into an mpeg program stream.

This is so DVD Architect can use it.

The problem is, the resulting file is only 25 minutes long when the original m2v file was 31 minutes long. the AC3 file I got is also 31 minutes long. so something tmpegenc is doing during multiplexing is screwing it up.

When it comes to multiplexing, I'd advise you to use bbMPEG instead. It's much better in this case.
