1. I think there is a bug when the filename to import has the character ' (apostrophe) - forx example "king arthur director's cut".
It generates a movie that has a time 0:00:00 and which is unplayable. If i rename the file all seems ok. 2. when i select XMB directshow option, i have a lot of x264.exe error when creating menu 3. the renaming of avchd folder into avchd_date don't work for me and generate errors with line 6642 mentionned Last edited by navycrow; 13th April 2009 at 13:32. |

Okay I added *.MPLS support in build 521. Be advised that your files have to have the long file names format, i.e. 00000.mpls / 00000.m2ts (but not 8.3 00000.MPL/MTS).
Please test it and let me know if it works... It will probably need more work, but this is the initial support. (a late fix: chapters and audio/subtitle language tags) Dean Last edited by deank; 13th April 2009 at 14:18. |

Okay now in build 521 you can use your blu-ray's playlist to create multiAVCHD. It's useful if you want to transfer it to external HDD, split in 4GB chunks and watch it on your PS3 in minutes.
Code:

Check if you really have enough space on your _TEMP and TARGET drives. Also about AVCHD-rename problem - it is always better to use "Custom name" and the newly created AVCHD will be named "AVCHD_custom name"... You can't always use AVCHD if you already have one in your output folder and if another program is using the content. |

It caught me out for a while until I re-read the whole thread. over 4gb it has to be the m2ts file only. Simon |

In case of blu-ray structure, containing 4+GiB m2ts files now you can use the new option to import mpls files. Then large m2ts will be split.

the problem if import only the m2ts, i doesn't take account of chapters and language id For the problem of renaming, i think i have understand if i have already have a folder named AVCHD with some movies and i want to add a new one. The rename doesn't work. i ve to rename manually the AVCHD folder with a new name. But if i import a folder named for ex. AVCHD_LIST1 and add a new movie and a folder names AVCHD already exists. It rename AVCHD without problem. Last edited by navycrow; 13th April 2009 at 15:47. |

edit: Please post your LOG file (what's inside LOG tab). Before all this - update to multiAVCHD build 521 - use multiUPDATE.exe. Quote:

Also - I doubt that 00000.mpls you used is the MOVIE playlist - it could be a menu or something else. Last edited by deank; 13th April 2009 at 16:06. |

I've REALLY read your post but you didn't mention where to find tis option. 00000.mpls is the movie, not a menu. it's the only file i have. it's a blu-ray structure created by tsmuxer. Last edited by navycrow; 13th April 2009 at 16:16. |

Just tested the Bluray support function and I have just successfully burnt to a BD-RE (Single-layered) media with no problem. And previously files that have stutter were gone now!!! I dunno how but it appears that my LG BD370 preferred BDMV file structure over the stripped-down AVCHD version of the Blu-ray format.
I am very happy |

@navycrow:
Looking at your log I'd say that: 1) 00000.mpls is definitely not your movie playlist 2) You either didn't rip the original blu-ray disc properly or you don't have it at all. Take a look few posts up where I pasted my log. There you will see a lot of streams being detected before the line "Creating Blu-ray folders (tsMuxer)...". @desray: And I believe your player indicates that it's playing Blu-ray disc (content). |
