Repair incomplete MP4 file

Hi,
since the other thread was closed I have to start a new one.
My file is not downloaded but incomplete due to broken backup (the dvd with the second part is unreadable), because that is technically the same I used the old thread where somebody asked for a downloaded file.

I hope itīs ok to start a new one.

The MP4 file I have is incomplete: The file is unplayable in VLC and Haali Media Splitter, mp4box wonīt demux it ("IsoMedia File is truncated") and mkvtoolnix also doesnīt accept it. I donīt have any idea what do, there must be a way to demux the raw data, with a hexeditor I can see the data like "libfaac 1.26.1 (Jul 19 2008) UNSTABLE", somehow there must be a way to output the raw h264 and aac data.
I remember it is even possible to restore avi files without beginning or end (divx only iirc).

Can anybody please tell me what to do to repair/play this file?

Thanks
