I think he meant "HDBDSplitGUI" not splitterGUI. If you google this, it will find some more stuff. I tested this program a couple of weeks ago and really didn't like it. Even if I read from one drive and wrote to another, it was a noise as my drives would be going to explode. I think the latest version of H264TS_Cutter supports M2TS as Input as well, as long as there is AVC behind. I am going to test it this evening. |

Hi. First off, thanks for the good program! Especially m2ts option looks promising for AVCHD disk creation.
Problems I found... 1. Automatic level changing from 5.1 to 4.1 does not work for me. I had to demux to elementary streams and change to 4.1 by H264Info. 2. I successfuly muxed one h264 video stream and two AC3 audio streams. It plays both audio streams on the PC but PS3 does not see the second stream. Only first one. Is it supposed to support only one audio stream or I am doing something wrong? |

I just created an AVCHD disk via TsRemux 0.0.19 from the above mentioned m2ts file and burned it to DV+RW. The resulted disk is recongnized by PS3 as AVCHD. Video plays fine with all features, i.e. 5 min. chapters, ff/rw but here is NO AUDIO :-) None of the audio stream is present. Bumer. :-(

Also, if what the poster says is right: "...My theory is the the author of TSRemux left a small bug in the code, when the code should replace the stream type 91 with 90, it erroneously overwrites the PID 1200 with 0090.", then it should be an easy bug to fix. But I am trying to get a Blu-Ray ripped to a H.264 MKV, with subtitles, so I'll have to wait, I guess. Last edited by Zow; 31st January 2008 at 22:57. |
