subtitles down for standing alone :-)

I used the DoItFast/DOCCE/Reauthorist/Scenarist method.
Unfortunatly, subtitles are partially under the bottom border of the visible area of TV with the standalone dvd player.
Instead, using DVD2One (on the same movie) subtitles are ok (partially over the movie image)

How is it possible to align subtitles?
This is the header of the sst file generated by DoItFast4U (or Reauthorist ? sorry I don't know)

st_format 2
Display_Start non_forced
TV_Type PAL
Tape_Type NON_DROP
Pixel_Area (0 573)
Directory E:\conan1\VTS01\subs\VTS_01_VSUB_P1-00
Subtitle VTS_01_VSUB_P1-00-Italiano
Display_Area (0 2 719 574)
Contrast (15 15 15 0)

I think Display_Area and Pixel_Area could affect that. I read about the following suggested settings

Pixel_Area (0 574)
Display_Area (0 2 718 574)

Could this solve my problem? I'm not sure because I see an offset in alignment much bigger than one pixel. Which parameter of DisplayArea sets the bottom limit (the first, the second??), no one?
Which are the relations between the two parameters?

Are there some settings in Scenarist for alignment, that ovveride the sst above?

Are there some settings in a program of the doitfast chain for subtitle alignment?

Please help

I forgot to say that I didn't checked the 'Copy audio and subpicture tables' in IFOUpdate (I followed the Doom's guide). Could it be that?
