Framerate variation in captured DV
When I copy portions of a DV through my handycam, I have noticed that the framerates differ slightly. Like 25.001, 24.999, 25.000, even when using the same tape/camera. Is that normal? Discovered it when tyring to join clips with AviSource(..)+AviSource(...). So I add a AssumeFPS(25) to every AviSource().
