The problem is that the ISO that is made without the Certificate file included will not play. Says unsupportable format now. I am always used to finding the Certificate file right under the BDMV file.
Same thing just happened with my backup of one of my "Pacific" episodes.,.. ----------------------- [16:31:55] BD Rebuilder v0.39.01 (beta) - Source: PACIFIC_DISC5 - Input BD size: 17.00 GB - Approximate total content: [00:57:46.504] - Target BD size: 4.36 GB - Windows Version: 6.1 [7601] - MOVIE-ONLY mode enabled - Auto Quality: Good (Very Fast), Two Pass - Audio Settings: AC3=0 DTS=0 HD=0 Kbs=640 [16:31:58] PHASE ONE, Encoding - [16:31:58] Processing: VID_01100 (1 of 1) - [16:31:58] Extracting A/V streams [VID_01100] - [17:05:08] Reencoding video [VID_01100] - Source Video: MPEG-4 (AVC), 1920x1080 - Rate/Length: 23.976fps, 83,113 frames - Bitrate: 8,969 Kbs - [17:05:08] Reencoding: VID_01100, Pass 1 of 2 - [17:58:49] Reencoding: VID_01100, Pass 2 of 2 - [18:53:46] Video Encode complete - [18:53:46] Reencoding audio tracks (if req'd) - [18:55:41] Multiplexing M2TS [18:58:08]PHASE ONE complete [18:58:08]PHASE TWO - Rebuild Started - [18:58:08] Rebuilding AVCHD file Structure [19:00:32] - Encode and Rebuild complete [19:00:32]JOB: PACIFIC_DISC5 finished. _________________________________________ Will try the adjustment you stated and start again. Ok, unchecked Strict AVCHD and rechecked the other settings to concur with earlier thread settings. Still didnt see the CERTIFICATE file after rebuild, BUT since I selected auto burn ISO with IMGBURN it made a usable and bootable copy of my Pacific Episode. Thanks JJB, I appreciated the help. It had my perplexed.

tsmuxer gives ability to cut from front and back of streams, I believe BD-Rebuilder uses tsmuxer on the last step.
Is there a way to pass a command line parm to tsmuxer to do the cuts? This is useful sometimes to eliminate long credits. I have 2 movies where credits are like 10 minutes long. --cut-end is the parm, I believe its specified value is ## + units (i..e. --cut-end 30s). Last edited by jfcarbel; 4th October 2011 at 08:40. |

With dvd rebuilder, it's typical(but not always) to have the credits within a single stream. I usually highly compress that, since obviously it can afford a great deal of loss. One day, I'm sure Jdobbs will implement the ability to allocate bandwidth accordingly to specified streams
I prefer not cut the credits. It's informative at times Besides, the difference would be negligible. |

Transformers 3 seemed rather long. But even if it were ten minutes, that'd only improve the main(or over all compression) title by 6.4%(If my math is correct) :S
But if laserfan is correct, it wouldn't even be that. The credits already have a low bitrate. Last edited by omegaman7; 4th October 2011 at 18:05. |

To J Dobbs
I just put Dr. Strangelove through BD REB using these audio settings - Audio Settings: AC3=0 DTS=0 HD=0 Kbs=640
The audio in was Dolby True HD 5.1, and what I ended up in the final rebuild was AC3-640. Is this just a simple case of transferring the compressed audio without processing with the metadata? And is it correct to assume that an audio re encode was not performed by BD Rebuilder? If so, will these settings consistently give that result with Dolby True HD? |

@Rany
Once again, as in your previous post(s), it appears that you've intentionally cut off the required beginning information from the log you've submitted. The following (from another member's post) shows the lines you've deleted (The specific names and title numbers and sizes are simply examples): Quote:

@Rany
Usually an issue like you've reported is an indicator that something else has intercepted or is interfering with the CODECs provided by FFDSHOW. Make sure you remove any "codec packs" you have installed. Then uninstall and reinstall HAALI and FFDSHOW. If something has "gummed up the works" reinstallation will often fix it. |

Yes it does. The core of the True HD track would be 640Kbs DD5.1. Since you have "Keep HD" and "Reencode AC3" both set off and you're going to BD-25 -- your output should consist of the core of the original audio (without reencoding).
