PGCEdit Install Error When Lauching Pgm

Removed older ver and downloaded 7.22 from topic "New major update to plugin and installer " The message I get is as follows:

Installing the binaries v7.2 in "C:\Program Files\PgcEdit\bin".
You need write permission on this folder and his parent to complete the install.
Also, be sure to close all instances of PgcEdit before launching a new version.
If your virus scanner warn you about pskill.exe, don't trust it, and let PgcEdit save the file!
Binaries v7.2 copied successfully.
Error sourcing /Tcl/work/PGCEDIT/PgcEdit.tcl: can't read ":Progressbar_text": no such variable
(PgcEdit) 1 %

Using Win XP Pro. Any Help would be appriciated. Thank you in advance!!

Did the install complete? Does PgcEdit and the wizard open?

Make sure to install it as admin.

Make sure that you have write permissions in program files and the folder you are trying to install too.
