Can someone help me IVTC this clip?

I can't seem to IVTC this clip correctly. Every try seems to have leftover combs and jerky motion. Could someone please take a crack at it? I'm at my wit's end.

Here is a sample from dgindex (this link links to multiple filehosts):

Thanks.

I tried:

deint = tdeint(emask=tmm(), edeint=nnedi())
tfm(PP=5,clip2=deint)
tdecimate(mode=1)

Could use some tweaking (there's combing on the jumping mascot thing, and I haven't checked motion fluidity at all.)

Yeah, the little guy in the bottom right always combs for me too.

A bigger concern to me is motion smoothness.
