anydvd 6045 Drive not detected

I get only from anydvd " Drive Not detected " I did the reboot, uninstall, reinstall , and still the drive error. I even tried an older version and get the same issue. DVd fab stuff works, how can I clean anydvd out and start over ?

Forgive me for asking the obvious, and I make no assumptions in asking, but would you now be using or previously have used a "cracked" version of AnyDVD? If so I believe this issue has been reported by people using non-legitimate versions. If not, you might want to contact Slysoft's technical support as I'm sure they can be more helpful in this matter.
