authoring software

Looking for an authoring software (or a multiplexing software) for multiplexing a .m2v and a .ac3 whose permit to specify a delay for ac3 file ...i try dvd wise but no delay option then there is a problem of sync between audio & video.

help me please!

DVD Motion Pro can do this. Check out the guide on this site.
