AVI.net question

Not really a newbie question, but I didn't know where to post this so here goes. I have been working in powershell more and more recently and I was wondering if anyone knows how or if there is a guide out there for running avi.net from the command line so I can automate the whole process. Basically what I am looking to do is input a file, change the bitrate, set the deinterlace, and repeat. I am confident I can do this if I can do this, but I have never had experience with the .net framework. Is it possible to control these functions directly from the command line?
Thanks.
