I have read all authoring topicson on this forum, and have tried all your advices.I still getting massage:"I-Frame Insertion entry frame rate is not consistent with current tape frame rate! I-Frame import will be cancelled. (0xc102008b)"
Movie "Pearl Harbor" and many others.I tried drop-frame flag and
the offset of the VideoStream, But still getting same massage.
Can anybody give ditailed explonation how to do this.I am only startin with Maestro. Thank you for any help.
By the way, Mr Trilight
you are very smart inded, but your explanations are more demonstration of how smart you are then answer to the question.

So you are trying to use a frame of a video as a background for still menu? I'd say using a still image (24-bit bmp) as a background would be more straightforward solution to create a still menu.
