Pay attention to destination format

I've had issues with both TMPGEnc and bbMPEG, neither of which was at fault. When you are muxing, you have choices for the resulting stream's format. Make sure you pick the right ones. For example, in bbMPEG MPEG-1 is not the same as VCD and MPEG-2 is not the same as SVCD. Choose the format that matches the intended use of the muxed files.

Best luck!
