Subrip problem

Hi im rip subs from dvd [ntsc] and save as str .
Bat the subs is out of synch.
Pleas help.

is it synched at the beginning and getting unsynched and also growing gap towarding the end? if yes you have framerate problem

or if it is constantly unsyched you can fix it with subtitle workshop (it could happen some pgc or exist cell in vob files such as FBI notice that will cause that.
