How to delete things from Video Manager Menu (attributes)?

Hello. There is a DVD that in its original version has only 1 Japanese audio track, and no subtitles at all. Somebody added 1 English audio track and 2 subtitle tracks to it. The DVD has 2 .ifo files: VIDEO_TS.IFO and VTS_01_0.IFO.

I opened the former one in IfoEdit, but as always, "VOB extras" can't be edited in this .ifo, so I opened the latter one in IfoEdit, and there I could strip the English audio and 2 English sub channels by using VOB extras feature. IfoEdit reproduced all 13 files (ifos, bups, vobs) to the new folder I chose, including the former .ifo file. When I play the dvd in media player classic (after making an .iso file), the removed channels are not there, which is exactly what I wanted.

However, when I open the newly made VIDEO_TS.IFO in IfoEdit, I get this:

Video Manager Menu attributes:
Video: MPEG-2 720x480 (NTSC) (NTSC 525/60) (4:3) (not specified perm. display)
Audio 1: Not Specified (Dolby AC-3) 2ch 48Kbps DRC
Audio 2: English (Dolby AC-3) 2ch 48Kbps DRC ***
SubPicture 1: English (2-bit rle) ***

I would like to remove these 2 lines marked with "***" from the .ifo file, because I don't want any trace of audio and subs which didn't exist on the original DVD (which I don't own), and because I'm a bit of a perfecionist, so I don't want to leave this trace here, it bothers me.

If anyone could let me know how to remove those lines from .ifo, I would be really grateful.
