Problems with dual languages and subtitles on svcd

I have problems with making a svcd disk where i can choose within 2 languages and 1 subtitle.

I use dvd2svcd. When i try with 1 chapter and burn the image than everything works. On my Philips 761 dvd player i can choose the language and turn on or off the subtitles. But when i encode the whole movie and burn the images then i have only the first language and can't choose between them or the subtitles (they don't work).

Could it be that the problem lies in the cutting?
