Low Audio When I Put in 2 CD

I use autogordianknot from long time, but now when I Split the movie in 2 cd it doesn't put the mpeg layer 3 audio and I can't listen it or the audio is too low. What can i do ?

Can you please be a bit more clear? Doesn't "put" the MPEG 3 layer audio means? It doesn't use mp3 as the audio, even though you select it?

Can you post the log please?
