Ripping with Smartripper

Hi all,

I've gotten in the habit of hiring DVD's from the local video shop during the week because its $6.60 for 3 DVD's for 3 nights during the week compared to $6.60 for 1 DVD for 1 night over the weekend.

Anyway, after I hire them I rip them to my HDD using Smartripper to watch on the weekend, and for the most part have no problems. However in a few rips, i.e. Star Gate and The Gift, I've encounted problems where PowerDVD won't play certain VOB files. This seems to be random, but always on the same VOB file. Any ideas?

I setup my Videologic Decoder card over the weekend, and the problematic VOB files play without a worry through it. Who knows!?!
