Bet This Is Easy For You........

Hello

I,m new to DVD recording but not to computers in general. Just bought a pioneer A04 and installed it OK , but to test my DVD recordings for compatibilty with stand alone recorders after burning, bought some DVD-RW disks so I could erase them afterwards. Well thats the problem, For some reason after inserting a disc using Nero and Discjuggler, to burn an image, something has got recorded and the disc is now unusable. How do I completely erase these disks, and do I have to format them befoe burning image files to them.

Thanks

Look some threads below. You're not the only one who can't use them.

snakesound:
you do not have to format rewritables before writing to them (as you would have when using DirectCD or InCD or whatever useless utility) but i strongly suggest you get the nero upgrade 5.5.9.9 because that solved some problems for myself (using +r/+rw)

btw: did u really want 2 know how 2 erase? Then go 2 nero -> recorder -> erase rewritable. I don't remember what the sequence was 4 easyCD hehe
