I believe there are some UMS developers here in this forum.
InterFrame author is part of the UMS development team, IIRC. I doubt whether they are ignoring you, we all live in different time zones and we dont all spend all day waiting for you to post a question.
Give it time, you only posted this morning (in my time zone). EDIT: Well actually its showing (for me) post time of 09:08 AM 16, Feb and it aint even reached that time for me yet.
