Strange artifacts from TV

Hi,

Specially in some specific channels in my cable TV (PAL-M), it appears some strange green artifacts where should have red. Sometimes I can see also some purple pixels in soft blue area.

I tried set Brightness, Contrast and Color, but the artifacts is still there.

My system is Pinnacle PCTV PCI BT8x8, driver 5.10 from Pinnacle
- XP PRO - Athlon XP 1600+

Someone knows what is this ?
