jdobbs i think i have a new problem.
Does BD-RB reencode the Main Menue? If not there is a problem. I want to encode the BD of Sleepy Hollow. The Encoding was fine. I've tested the encoded Disc with Total Media Theatre and PowerDVD9. All seems fine and the Disc starts. Also the Menue is starting, but there are no Buttons. Only the animated Background plays. BD50 Main Menue is about 180 MB, but the encoded Main Menue has a size of only 50 MB. So i copied the original 180 MB Main Menue in the Stream Folder of the encoded Disc. The Disc starts and also the Main Menue seems fine with Buttons. But it only plays for 15 seconds and the the Main Movie is starting. |

@KeVe1983;
You could try MIN_M2TS_SIZE=250, and see if the particular .m2ts file is removed from the reencode list. If so, try a new backup and see if the menu plays correctly then. This would help trouble shoot the problem. Also, make sure you are using the latest beta, there has been several updates this past week! |

Have you tried it with the option switch I provided a few posts back? That can tell me whether it was the addition of ExtensionData() to the format or something else. Are you positive it was a good burn to a good disc?

Does it matter where to paste it? At the beginning, or the end? |

Just below "options" in the .INI.
If you look at the changes .txt file in the zip package of BD-RB, scroll down to "March 7th, 2009 - v0.20.03", you will find it. I am not sure this will work for you, but is worth a try. |

One other issue is that it gives me Error 52 straight away when I try to run BDRebuilder. I solve that by creating a new user. But if I start BDRebuilder using [Run as adminstrator] then it will also give me Error 52. |

To double check I also processed then same project with Ripbot264 v1.15.0 and playback was OK on the Panasonic BD35 FYI: Even when the playback was broken on the Panasonic BD35 stand-alone player, playback was no problem using PC based PowerDVD 9 soft. |

Hi Jdobbs, I have a question regarding non correctly mastered Blurays regarding ISO language tagging for the subtitles.
I live in Sweden and lately I've come across 3 recent BD discs that I've purchased that all are having the same error in their mastering. The authors have abreviated Swedish subtitles as "sve". This is not correct but a common error since Sweden in Swedish is named Sverige. The error on the disc is easy to go around. All I have to do is to guess that the subtitle marked as "Unknown" by BD-Reb is swedish or just check with eac3to that shows Sve and I can select it. So, what I am asking for, and it is a stretch since the error in not on your side, would it be possible to add sve as well as swe in the program to mean Swedish? |

I am not forcing any subs (I disable all) or changing the default audio track I have been using RipBot264 for the last 6 months and so decided it was time to tryout BD_RB again due to using the latest X264 >r1400. So maybe it is to do with X264 r1400 or higher..? RipBot264 is only upto X264 r1376 so far The BD35 SAP is running the latest v1.7 firmware since it auto updated back on the 1st Dec last year Hope the above info helps you out |

Just tried my first movie only backup to BD-5 with BD-RBV03203, and my results, though mixed, played back fine on TMT3, PowerDVD 7.3 and my SonyS360.
However, what I did notice that is not working the same as previous vesions, on the Sony S360, is Fast Forward. It appears the movie does not advance fluidly as before, but one picture frame is held on the screen for a long time while the time clock advances, then another frame will display for several seconds while the timer keeps advancing, etc.. so its just not displaying frames during FF as progressively as before, but holding on to one frame for longer during the FF. The chapter advance is working fine. @KeVe1983; glad that worked for you! Last edited by Capsbackup; 24th February 2010 at 17:34. |

Panasonic BD35 SAP playback broken with v0.32.03 (beta) – update
Rolled back to v0.31.06 (beta) and playback is working again on the BD35 SAP.
I see from some posts that this issue is not just with me as other BD30 and BD50 users have had similar experiences also. Will now roll forward and test v0.31.08 (beta).... |

I tried to convert the BluRay "Transformers 2 Bonus" (second bluray) to BD-9 (DVD-9). To decrease the amount of data i set the "resize 1080p - 720p" checkbox but only the first two m2ts files where resized. The avs-files generated for the other m2ts had to "LanczosResize" line so they where still 1080p. Any idea why BD-Rebuilder ignores the resize setting?
