Multi rate audio/vidoe

I am seeing many hd streams that have advertisements that have video/audio at a different frame rate. Any chance of being able to use this to split the audio/video into two sets. One at the main video frame rate, and one for the rest. Of course, you might have to scroll somewhere in the middle of the video to select the main video/audio rate. This would go a long way to help reducing audio synching errors.

When I get DGMPGDec stable, I plan to begin work on a new tool for dealing with transport streams and all their issues.
