CCE: No pulldown?

Is there any way to encode WITHOUT any kind of pulldown or telecine?

I want to do the pulldown later with DGPulldown, though I can choose either 2:3 or 3:2 in CCE, and it won't let me choose anything else...

Supply CCE with 23.976 video and encode at that, or supply CCE with 29.76 video and encode at that. I prefer the first method although there's a little more work involved.
