VisionTek Xtasy Everything vidcap box. Worth it?

Hi,

I bought an Xtasy 4400 Geforce4 the other day, and I am about ready to capture some TV and VHS scenes. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with the Xtasy Everything where you get a capture box that takes all kinds of inputs, and lines in to the back of the video card. It can do 600x480 capture, realtime. I have a fast computer. I know Asus has one too, but I figured I ought to stick with the one that comes from the vid card manufacturer. Anyone know about it? Is it worth it? I'm not sure if it will work with my card, because the package comes with a Geforce2 card that might have a special plugin. But I still want to know if the Xtasy Everything is a good vid capturing system.
