I need DVD Cutter, Please Help!!

Hi Friends,
Do you know any software which cut (split) DVD (.VOB) files, the way I want. Just like the oldtime favourite VCDCutter work on MPEG files. It should be as easy to use as VCDCutter. Also it shouldn't modify format of VOB files while making its clips. I mean, clips should have same format as original VOB without any conversion. It should work like VCDCutter which cuts the files without converting or modifying them and so is the fastest to cut the videos. If you have any idea about such a software, please let me know and also provide the link to download it.

Is it your desire to edit a DVD and have a DVD as a result, or do you want to edit a standalone .VOB/MPEG2 file and have a standalone MPEG2 file as a result?

I don't know about saggy6630, but I have the same question, but for standalone .vob file.
