Best Software for DV capturing
Hi all i wanted to see what people thought was the best software for DV carpturing, ive heard good things about Scenalyzer and Vegas Video 3, and mix reactions toward Premeire, so i want to hear what everyone else uses and their thoughts on it.

If you're talking digital cam via firewire, I use Studio 8. Along with the hollowood add on. I don't use the built in mpeg output though (quality sucks). I output as avi and then use cce to create the mpeg.

You can try the free software linked in the sticky thread "Links" in this forum.
I use the video capture tool that comes with Ulead's MediaStudio. Does exactly what I want, and I don't need to handle dozens of small AVI files. bb |
