mono to stereo

i've got a video with mono sound and i want to duplicate that mono channel so that the audio is stereo.

i know that you can do this with getchannel() and audiodub(), but is there a simpler method?

(in case u were wondering, i need stereo for compatibility with other clips)

k thx, it worked. i thought that getchannel() didn't put the audio back into the video, so i thought that audiodub was needed too

It doesn't "put it back" in the clip per se, but it creates a new clip with the audio as specified in GetChannel. Since you aren't saving it to any variable, it is saved to last and the world is filled with happy, pink unicorns.
