HV30 .m2t how to tell if recorded 25p or 50i

Hi

A bit embarrassing but I did some videos a while ago with my HV30 and now I can't tell if they were done 25p (which is in a 50i container) or 50i.

Using DGIndex but it shows them all as 25fps and TFF?

Is there anyway to establish if any are 50i or 25p (HDV25)?
