SEI errors with tsMuxeR and 3D blu-ray

Relative newbie here, so I would appreciate some help. I'm trying to add subtitles to a 3D blu-ray. I have the .m2ts file ripped using BD Rebuilder, but when I try to use tsMuxeR to mux a subtitle file with the 3D video (H.264 and MVC .m2ts files), I get continuous "Bad SEI detected, SEI too short" errors. I seem to get these errors if I try to mux or demux anything involving that MVC file.

Any ideas on what might be going on here?

It's a 23GB file. Any suggestions on where to upload it?

Surely you can just provide a sample, I doubt ppl will want to download 23Gb, just for a test.

Either way, you could try Mediafire.. it's free.

When I try cutting the 23GB m2ts file to make a smaller sample, the resulting file (which does contain an MVC file) does not cause the SEI errors in tsMuxeR when I try demuxing it.

Is there any way to get tsMuxeR to ignore SEI errors, or is there an alternative free tool that might be able to mux/demux this file?

Try to parse this file in UsEac3To, and then assemble it in tsMuxeR.
