VLC and IPTV recording (CLI)

Hello all,
I need to record some iptv streams like
http://XX.XX.XXX.XXX:XXXX/udp/232.3.3.63:8081
So, using VLC GUI it's no any ussues - Here is description how to do that. And there is also "Dump raw input" check box, which sets no any transcoding of the stream. I need it. But how can I use it [Dump raw input] under CLI?
There's no such examples, and I didn't find any manual about that either.
Well, can somebody help me to generate shell command for stream recording with VLC?

Thanks.
